Payments and other information.

When is my reservation final?
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible. In the appendix you will find the invoice with reservation number and payment method. After this confirmation your reservation is final.

Until when can I cancel my trip?
All reservations are legally final and binding. You can cancel a reservation free of charge within 48 hours after confirmation. After that, a cancellation costs 50% of the rental price. In case of cancellation within 7 days before the start of the holiday, you pay 100% of the rental price. You must notify us of the cancellation in writing via: info@2aquabeach.com In the event of a no-show (i.e. a cancellation without cancellation) you pay 100% of the rental price.

How does payment for my trip work?
Your down payment, 50% of the total rental price, must be paid within 3 working days of the invoice date via bank transfer. Your payment statement, together with the reservation confirmation, constitutes your entire rental agreement. You pay the remaining amount 6 weeks before the start of your trip.

How much is the deposit?
Payment of the deposit is mandatory. The deposit is €250.00. You must transfer this via bank transfer no later than 1 week before the start of your trip. The key manager will check for any damage and/or loss, after which your deposit will be refunded to your account within 8 days. Any costs due to damage and/or loss will be deducted from the deposit. Loss/take away house keys 40,- ,electric garage key €50, chromecast €40, towels €20 per piece

How much are the cleaning costs?
The cleaning costs are €85.00. These must be paid in cash (she has no spare change) to the key manager upon arrival. Upon departure, you must leave the apartment swept clean and have disposed of your rubbish in the appropriate bins that you can find on the street.

How do I receive my key?
For the key, you are asked to contact the manager of our apartment 2 weeks before departure by email or WhatsApp to arrange the transfer. She is aware of your reservation.

When can we check in or out?
Every day is a changeover day: the day of arrival and departure. You can check in between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. check out is no later than 11am. If you would like to arrive at an earlier or later time, you can discuss this with the manager. For a key transfer between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, an additional fee of €25.00 will be charged and this will then be deducted from the deposit.

Is linen included in the rent?
Bed, bath and kitchen linen are included in the rent. We offer our guests beach towels as an extra service (1 pp). You must wash these yourself before departure. If you want to use a cot, you must bring your own linen.

Electricity consumption?
The rental price includes energy, unless more than 85 Kwh of electricity is used per week. The extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.25 per KWh. The key manager will note the meter reading with you upon arrival and departure.

Who is the apartment suitable for?
It is ideal for families and couples who want to enjoy a sunny holiday. The entire complex must be quiet between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. We do not rent to groups of young people (under the age of 25), bachelor parties or similar activities. If we discover this at check-in, we are entitled to refuse you access without refunding the rental price + deposit!

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in our apartment

Are you allowed to smoke in the apartment?
Smoking is not allowed in our apartment. This also applies to the entire complex including roof terrace

Is the apartment wheelchair friendly?
Due to an increase to the kitchen, our apartment is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.

Is there parking at the apartment?
There is one private parking space under the complex. Please note that the parking garages in Spain are very narrow. A van or pick-up will not fit in our complex. You can also use the parking options on the street in front of and around the complex. Please keep in mind that it can be busy in the area.

Is there a swimming pool and a gym?
On the 5th floor you can use the swimming pool and various items for free. fitness equipment. There is a shower/toilet there that you can use. Here you can enjoy the view over Torrevieja and the sea. There are also opportunities for sunbathing. There is also a sauna on this floor, but you can not use it.

Which airport is nearby?
Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport 45 km. From here there is a direct connection (+/- 1 hour) to the bus station of Torrevieja. The bus station is a 3-minute walk from our apartment. The bus runs almost every hour between 7am and 8pm. For prices and travel times, look at public transport from Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport to Torrevieja Bus Station or https://Torrevieja.com. You can of course also rent a car here, there is plenty on offer. A taxi to Torrevieja will cost approximately €60.00.
Region de Murcia International Airport 42 km. The travel time by bus is more than 2 hours and passes various places. This bus runs approximately 3 times a day. for more information about bus times go to https://busbam.com
